Deposit when renting LEGO

What is the deposit when renting LEGO

We ask you for a deposit for the rental period of the LEGO set. You must meet these requirements before you can start building the set.

Why do we ask you for a deposit?

The LEGO sets we rent are not cheap. To ensure that the sets are complete when you return them, we ask you for a deposit.

When will you receive the deposit back?

After receipt, the set will be checked by us for completeness. If everything is complete, we will return the deposit. The deposit will therefore NOT be refunded immediately when you return the LEGO rental set.

If one or more stones are missing, we will inform you within 2 days. You then have 2 days to bring the missing stones to us.

If you have really lost the stones, we will order them from Lossestenen.nl. The costs for the stones and shipping costs to our store will be deducted from your deposit. The refund of the deposit will take place after we have received the missing stones.

So the deposit becomes NOT immediately refunded when you return the LEGO rental set.
