LEGO 7164 Preston Stormer

The 7164 Preston Stormer set is a Hero Factory themed set released in July 2010, including a white Hero with a blue head and core.

Stormer has a blue head, blue hero core, white armor and bright blue limbs, along with a multi-functional ice weapon. His weapon is equipped with a spinning saw, several connected ice spikes, a harpoon launcher, and another pointed tool near his elbow. When the weapon is detached, the arm becomes just a Toa arm piece, which is all the LEGO designers used. Spikes protrude from the shoulders of his body armor, which are out of sync on both sides. On the back of the bus you see him fighting Von Nebula.

Stormer is the leader of the Hero Factory Alpha team and has completed more missions than any other hero. He is dedicated and loyal, but secretly shaken by a previous mission when fellow hero Von Nebula turned against the Hero Factory, leaving Stormer and Thresher to complete the mission alone. But Thresher was destroyed and Stormer completed the mission on his own. Brave and tough, yet proud and competitive, he is armed with a built-in multi-function ice weapon, including an ice saw, an ice shooter and a harpoon to stop anyone in his path. One of his quotes is "Okay, rookies, playing time is over."

The ice blade of Stormer's multi-function ice weapon is a different color than the eyes and Hero Core.
After losing a fellow hero during a mission, Von Ness, Stormer has become stricter and more serious. He expects 110% from everyone and from himself. Unknown to Stormer, Von Ness survived the incident and became Von Nebula, after nearly costing a city and Stormer's life to be destroyed.
Stormer's weapon is depicted as a knife, but it can fire ice blasts.
Stormer is re-released as 2063 Stormer 2.0 in the 2011 storyline.
Stormer's weapon arm is made in one piece.
