WHY ARE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPORTANT TO ME?
These Terms and Conditions are important to you because they apply to all orders that you place online, by email or by telephone with 2TTOYS. You are strongly advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you send the order to us.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1.1 Who do I place my order with?

If you buy something online, by email or by telephone, you are placing an order with 2TTOYS, KVK. 17169060. We also trade under the names ROLJO, 2TTOYS4KIDS, HAPPYTOYS and 2TTOYS.INFO. When we say 'we', 'us' and 'our', we mean 2TTOYS, and when we say 'you', 'your' or 'yours', we mean you as our customer. When we say 'I' and 'my' in the theme questions, we also mean you as our customer and customer in the 2TTOYS store. 2TTOYS (with all extensions), ROLJO, HAPPYTOYS, 2TTOYS4KIDS are part of 2T-COMPANY. These Terms and Conditions only apply to purchases by a customer who is a natural person acting for purposes that fall outside his trade, business or profession. 1.2 Can I order and buy something from 2TTOYS if I am not yet 18 years old, do not have permission from parents or guardians or am legally incapacitated?

No, we do not sell products to children via the 2TTOYS store. Persons under the age of 18 and persons who are legally incapacitated may only use the 2TTOYS store website under the supervision and with the approval of a parent or guardian.

1.3 How do I order in the online 2TTOYS webshop?

You can select products and put them in a virtual shopping bag with the "Order" button. If the "Order" button is not visible and the item is labeled "Not available", this means that the item is not available. Often there is a "KEEP ME INFORMED" button for that item, if you press it your email program will open and you can send us an email with the request to inform you when the item is back in stock. Of course, this request is without obligation, no order will be placed. You can order the same item a maximum of 2 times. This is to prevent others from buying the sets from under your nose. 1.4 When do I enter into a binding agreement?

Before you place the order, you can view, correct and/or delete your completed data. By clicking the "Buy Now" button after completing the purchase process, you commit to purchasing the products placed in the virtual shopping bag. As soon as you have ordered the products in the LEGO store, we will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt. This does not mean that the order has been accepted. When you place an order with us, you make us a purchase offer. This offer is only accepted by us when you receive a personal shipping confirmation by email, in which the details of the ordered products, your online payment and the delivery are stated. It is therefore crucial that you send us a correct email address when you place your order. If an order gives rise to concerns regarding safety or violates the policy or terms, 2TTOYS reserves the right to withhold or cancel an order without prior notice or explanation. We also reserve the right to deliver only 1 item, even though you may have ordered more than one. Of course, we will inform you if this applies, we are not obliged to give you a reason for the deviation from the quantities you ordered. We also reserve the right not to fulfill an order if it is a multiple order for a particular item. It is therefore possible that we will not fulfill your order with an order of 2 or more items, or multiple orders for an item. By placing the order you agree to these terms.

3.1 How are the costs of my order determined?

The costs of your order depend on the country from which the order is received. 3.2 Do the prices quoted include taxes?

Yes, the prices include all relevant taxes. We do not offer VAT refunds for orders placed online at 2TTOYS as standard. If you would like to do so, please contact us.

3.3 Do the prices include delivery costs?

No, the prices do not include delivery costs. Such costs will be added to the orders. The delivery costs are indicated in the shopping cart and in the order check, so that you can see the costs before you finally send the order to us. 3.4 What happens if the website shows an incorrect price? We strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order with the corrected price, or to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you or if you do not reconfirm the order, we will consider the order as cancelled. To determine when a binding agreement with us has been concluded, we refer you to article 1.4. We are therefore not obliged to deliver an item at an incorrect price if we inform you that the stated price was/is incorrect. Whether the stated price is "reasonable" and "fair" does not affect our obligation to deliver the item. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

3.5 Can the prices in the webshop change?

Yes, all prices in the webshop can be changed without prior notice. However, we do not use "cookies" or other methods to automatically increase prices if you visit our webshop more often. So it is not the case that a price can change due to your behaviour on our website. It is possible that an item will be priced more favourably after you have placed your order. We will not subsequently refund the price difference between the moment of ordering and the moment of noticing that the price of an item has been reduced. Of course, you may use your statutory right of withdrawal, see the conditions for this in the section at the bottom of this page.

3.6 Are batteries included if they are part of the set

No, unless explicitly stated otherwise, batteries are not included with the set.

3.7 What is meant by the crossed-out prices?

Many items have a crossed-out price. This is the gross price as stated on the official websites of LEGO, PLAYMOBIL and COBI. If the items in question can no longer be ordered via the official websites of our suppliers, we will look at the (average) price at other suppliers. This price is then stated to show you the price difference with other suppliers, but not at all. It could be that another supplier offers the item at a lower price than the crossed-out price stated by us. We do not temporarily increase prices to later state this price as a "discount price".

4 Checkout and payment
4.1 How can I pay?

If you use your credit card, a provisional payment will be made with your credit card when placing an order. The amount of the order will then be withheld from your account by the bank. 1.5 Can I refuse the Terms and Conditions and still buy something?

No, by placing an order you explicitly indicate a agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.6 What happens if ordered products are not in stock?

We cannot guarantee that we have all ordered products in stock at all times, our stock is dynamic and we deliver from our stock via different channels. We can partially deliver products from the same order if the products can be used separately. If a product is not available or cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the product is no longer available and will not become available within the foreseeable future, we reserve the right not to accept your order. Since our stock is dynamic, this can happen, we are in no way responsible for the inability to deliver an item.

1.7 What is meant by "pre-order"?

Some LEGO, Cobi and Playmobil items can be ordered before they are actually available in our store or warehouse. You then place an order for an item that we will deliver as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. Each item that can be ordered via Pre-Order has a delivery time stated. The stated date is the date on which we expect the item to be delivered to us and sent to your address according to the normal delivery procedure. It is possible that an item is delivered to us earlier than expected, but it is also possible that an item is delivered later. The stated delivery time is an expected delivery time, no rights can be derived from this information.

1.8 Can I have the products sent to a different address?

It is possible to have the order delivered to an address other than the billing address. In this case, we do not send the price or billing information to the receiving address because we assume that the order is a gift for the recipient. However, your price quote will be stated in the e-mail confirming shipment. When ordering, you have the option to choose delivery to a different address by checking the box for the text "Delivery to a different address". If you check the box, fields will appear that you fill in with the address details of the receiving address.

1.9 Do I need to keep a copy of the order documents?

Yes, we recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions, your online payment details and the shipping confirmation email in case you need to contact us with any questions about your order. The shipping confirmation email will contain a copy of these Terms and Conditions.

If you notice that the details sent to you by email are incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the details.

1.10 Can I order unlimited quantities of an item?

No, we reserve the right not to fulfil an order for multiple units of a specific item. We will inform you that we are not fulfilling the order and give you the option to adjust the quantities or to cancel the order in its entirety. Cancellation is of course free of charge. Given that there are conditions at the time of conclusion of the agreement (see 1.4), we reserve this right and cannot be held liable for the failure to execute your order.

2. Why and how are my personal data processed?
You can find more information regarding the storage, control and updating of your personal data in our Privacy Policy. We only collect, use, store and share the following data about you in connection with your order: Your name, delivery address, billing address and contact details, such as telephone number and email address Your payment details, to the extent appropriate; we share these with your chosen payment provider and with our payment processing partner. Please see "How can I pay?" for more information. We will use, store and share your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To fulfil and manage your order, including by sharing your personal data with our trusted third parties for shipping and delivery. To provide you with customer service support. To store your personal data with our trusted cloud storage partners. We are legally obliged to keep order information in our accounting records for 7 years. You can ask us to manually review the accuracy of an automated decision if you are not satisfied with it. Our Privacy Policy provides more information about the collection, use, storage, retention and deletion of automated decision-making, who and when we share your data with, data reviews and updating your personal data.

3. What is included in the pdepending on the bank.

4.2 When does 2TTOYS debit?

2TTOYS debits the amount for the items before they are shipped.

4.3 Can I use PAYPAL?

No, given the costs we have to pay to process your payment via PayPal, we have chosen not to offer PayPal as a payment method.

If we decide to offer Paypal (temporarily) as a payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in to your PayPal account. You will then be redirected back to the webshop's website to complete the payment. If you select 'Checkout with PayPal' on the My Shopping Cart page, the delivery address that you have registered with PayPal as standard or specifically will take precedence over the delivery address that is registered in your account with this webshop. You must therefore check whether your delivery address in PayPal is the correct address for delivery of your purchases in this webshop. 2TTOYS is not liable if the delivery address in the PayPal account you used is not your current or correct address.

4.4 Can I pay by direct debit?

No, you cannot pay by direct debit.

4.5 Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, you can pay by bank transfer. Before the ordered items are shipped, your payment must be placed in our bank account. Send us an email via info@2TTOYS.NL if you want to use this service.

We offer the option to request an invoice. If you choose to do so, please realize that we will NOT send your order to you if the full amount has not yet been paid.

4.6 Can I pay for an order with LEGO VIP points?

It is not possible to pay with your LEGO VIP points.

4.7 Can I exchange my 2TTOYS gift card for cash?

No, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

5 Will delivery charges be added to the price of ordered products, unless you pick up the ordered items in our store in Den Bosch.

You can see the delivery charges in the virtual shopping bag and during the order check. In most cases, your order will be sent to the parcel service the same day to be sent to you with "Track & Trace" (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

5.1 Why does 2TTOYS not offer free shipping?

The reason for not offering "free" shipping as standard is that we want to keep the prices in the store and in the webshop the same, otherwise we would have to charge different prices in our store in Den Bosch and on this webshop

5.2 When can I expect my order at home?

Delivery times may vary and depend on the address where the order is to be delivered. The estimated delivery time can be found on the "Shipping" page.

5.3 What are the special arrangements for shipping minifigures?

From now on it is possible to order LEGO minifigures separately. So you can order the minifigures individually. Normally they are in bags where you cannot see which minifigure is in them. However, we open the bags and put the relevant number on the packaging. Then we close the bags again with a piece of tape. So you are guaranteed to get the minifigure you order. You can also order a "SURPRISE BAG" minifigure. Then you get a minifigure from the relevant series but without knowing which specific minifigure you will receive. The packaging is then closed. Exchanging these anonymous minifigures is not possible. Some minifigures have a MAXIMUM NUMBER that you can order of this minifigure. If you order more than one item, we will adjust your order to the maximum amount and refund the overpaid amount to you immediately. It is not possible to place multiple orders at 1 address.
