I LOST MY 2TTOYS PASSWORD... WHAT NOW?

That can happen... you can easily request/change your password again. You can do that yourself!

STEP 1: GO TO THE LOGIN SCREEN

This can be done by clicking on the link on the homepage (on the PC at the top right), via the telephone by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines and then choosing the bottom option

STEP 2 CLICK ON “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

You will then arrive at the screen below. Enter your email address that you provided when you registered as a customer. If you don't remember that either, send an email to info@2ttoys.nl and we will help you further.

Once you have entered your email, click "SUBMIT"

STEP 3: OPEN THE EMAIL THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO YOU

Once you have completed the steps above, you will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Please note: the email may have ended up in your "junk mail" folder. If you can't figure it out, send us an email at info@2ttoys.nl

STEP 4 CLICK “: RESEET PASSWORD”

Via the button in the email you received, click on "reset password". You will then be redirected to the 2TToys website.

STEP 5: CREATE A NEW PASSWORD

Create a new and easy to remember password. You must complete this twice as confirmation. Then click on "RESET PASSWORD". Your password will then be changed to the new password you chose,
