Pre-Order conditions

It is possible to order items in Pre-Order. This means that you will receive your items as soon as they arrive at us. This can be delivered via shipping or you can pick up your items during our opening hours.

Conditions:

• DELIVERY TIME : every item you order via Pre-Order has a delivery time. This date is an expected delivery time. It is therefore possible that your ordered items will arrive later than stated. No rights can be derived from the stated expected delivery time.
• DELIVERY : only when we are convinced that we will receive the Pre-Order sets will we make them available for ordering. However, it may happen that a set is not available after all. Consider, for example, the example of the LEGO Technic Boeing that was canceled. If we know that a set you have ordered will not be delivered, we will let you know and ensure that the amount you paid is returned as quickly as possible.
• CANCELLATION : if your item arrives later than you expected, it is possible to cancel your order. Send a message to: info@2ttoys.nl stating your order number. If you have already paid, we will refund the paid amount to your account. Please note that there may be a few days between cancellation and refund.
• DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS : if you order multiple items, one or more of which via Pre-Order, we will deliver all items when the last item has been received, and therefore your order is complete. We do not ship in parts, unless you agree to additional shipping costs, which we will notify you after you have placed your order. So: if you order 2 items, 1 of which arrives later, the entire order will only be shipped once the item you ordered via Pre-Order has been received by us.
